James Anderson spent his early years in Blue Springs, a suburb of Kansas City, Missouri. After graduating high school and spending a semester at the local community college, James realized that his true passion lay outside the classroom. Seeking practical experience, he took the leap into the business world by starting his own auto dealership.

After eight successful years in the auto industry, James decided it was time for a new challenge and relocated to the Lake of the Ozarks. It didn’t take long for him to develop a deep appreciation for the area. Within a year of becoming a resident, James became a licensed real estate agent, eager to introduce others to the beauty of the Lake and its lifestyle.

Now with over a decade of living at the Lake of the Ozarks and eight years of real estate experience, James has developed a strong reputation for helping clients navigate the real estate market with ease. Tammy Cannon relocated to the Lake of the Ozarks in 1996 from her hometown of Salem, MO.  After working in office and administrative positions for several years, she decided it was time to let go of the time card and find a career doing something with a little more spunk and client interaction.

It was in April 2015, that Tammy decided to get her Real Estate License, and it only took a short while before she was hooked.  “I love watching my clients walk in to their new homes and seeing the huge smiles on their faces.” she says.  “I’ve met so many new people and made many great friends!”

Tammy’s goals for the future include continuing to grow her clientele and help them find their next lake Lake home so they can experience all there is to love about life at the Lake of the Ozarks, just as she does with her husband Tony and son, Ryder.

Diana Finley was born and raised in the small town of Rolla- just a hop, skip, and jump away from the Lake of the Ozarks.  Diana attended Central Missouri State University and 1985 was awarded her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.  Later, Diana would head back to school and attend Kansas University Medical Center and pursue her Masters in Healing Arts, which she completed in 1998.

Diana moved to the Lake of the Ozarks, when she obtained her Real Estate License with the plan to help others find their dream home at the Lake.  “My aunt was a broker in Rolla & St. Louis.  Growing up, I loved hearing her stories about the properties she showed along with the people who touched her life.”  Real Estate was a natural fit and she received her Brokers License in 2003. 

Diana loves the Lake life with her 14 year old daughter, Sophia, and her husband, Travis.  Her enthusiasm for both helping people and for the Lake she calls home is still just as strong as it was 20+ years ago.  “It’s exciting to know the entire lake area with my passion for showing but most rewarding is finding the perfect property or assisting them in selling their prize possession.“ she says.  Diana hopes to become more involved in the protecting the interests and aspects which affect our real estate market, as well as her church community.  “I also plan to aggravate my daughter as much as possible in her high school years at Camdenton.”

Born in Decatur, Alabama, Mark has called St. Louis, Missouri, home since the age of three. With an Associate’s degree in Communications and a Certified Technology Specialist credential in computer and audiovisual systems, Mark brings a unique blend of technical expertise and communication skills to his real estate career.

After spending 34 years as a weekend resident of the Lake of the Ozarks, Mark made the full-time move to the area in 2016. His interest in real estate was sparked early on by his mother’s career in the industry and nurtured over several years. Recruited into the field, Mark has been a licensed real estate agent for five years.

Mark’s passion lies in architecture and design, appreciating everything from simple, functional spaces to elaborate, artistic homes. This passion fuels his commitment to helping clients find properties that truly resonate with their tastes and needs.

Looking ahead, Mark aims to build a successful and profitable career in real estate, while expanding his personal investment portfolio to generate passive income. Engaged to Tracey Dymond, Mark values family and community and is excited to continue growing his roots at Lake of the Ozarks.

Paul was born and raised in Stratford, Ontario, Canada, home of the Shakespearean Festival Theatre. Growing up, he played both hockey and golf, with aspirations of one day playing in the NHL for his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs. The only problem was, he wasn’t very good at hockey. However, he did go on to attend college on a golf scholarship at Park University in Kansas City, where he met his first wife.

They settled down in the metro area and had three children while Paul pursued his dream of working in the golf business as an assistant club professional and teaching professional. His golf career lasted for about 16 years before he made a major career shift to news talk radio. It may seem like an odd change, but it was his college major, and it was kind of a family business.

Along the way, Paul met his current wife, Jeannie, who supported his radio career that took the family across the country. After 10 years, he wrapped up his career as a news correspondent for the CBS affiliate in Houston.

After moving back to the Chicagoland area for several years, Paul and Jeannie decided to make a move to the Lake of the Ozarks. Paul transitioned into real estate, starting as an agent for Old Kinderhook Golf Resort, which also became their home. He spent over seven years working for the developer before joining eXp Realty.

Old Kinderhook remains his first love in real estate, and it’s his primary base of operations for both listings and sales. Paul and Jeannie are incredibly happy living at the lake, enjoying the wonderful area and the people. They wouldn’t trade it for the world!

Liana began her real estate career as advertising manager for a large real estate company on the west coast. Her interests subsequently turned to sales during which time she began working with builders and developers and eventually formed her own company becoming employing broker for several housing developments.  The following years offered career opportunities selling at a golf course community in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and from there she became a broker in Colorado where she remained for 20 years.  During the years in Colorado Liana settled in Vail Valley specializing in luxury resort properties and ranches.

Now residing in Lake Ozark, Liana represents EXP Realty, The Ed Schmidt Team in marketing estates, ranches, resort properties and land throughout the State of Missouri.  Her 44 years of experience has allowed her to bring the expansive reach of international marketing power to her clients and use her language skills of Spanish and French when needed.
