Liana Winans

Liana began her real estate career as advertising manager for a large real estate company on the west coast. Her interests subsequently turned to sales during which time she began working with builders and developers and eventually formed her own company becoming employing broker for several housing developments. The following years offered career opportunities selling at a golf course community in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and from there she became a broker in Colorado where she remained for 20 years. During the years in Colorado Liana settled in Vail Valley specializing in luxury resort properties and ranches. Now residing in Lake Ozark, Liana represents EXP Realty, The Ed Schmidt Team in marketing estates, ranches, resort properties and land throughout the State of Missouri. Her 44 years of experience has allowed her to bring the expansive reach of international marketing power to her clients and use her language skills of Spanish and French when needed. “The most enjoyable years of my life have been spent working as a real estate professional.
